Definition; Reinstate
1. to put back or establish again, as in a former position or state.

     1. The Bring our Representatives home Act.
 
         Require both the House and Senate business be conducted via telecommunications networks.
         This will allow (require) all members of Congress to stay in their districts under the watchful
      eyes of their constituents.  Their office could have one glass wall for people,
      classrooms, the press etc. to watch. Their pay would be based on the average wage of their constituents.
      Possibly one and a half times the average wage.....The Bring our Representatives home Act.
 
 
 

      2. The Campaign Finance reform Act.

          All Contributions, are prohibited if the contributor can not legally, physically, vote for the candidate.
      The contributor must be a living, human, American citizen, living in the voting district that the
      candidate is running.....The Campaign Finance Reform Act.
 
 
 

      3. The Single items no Riders Act.

          Enact legislation that would require each and every bill to be handled separately and nothing added at any time.
      If proposed legislation required funding, that is the only thing that can be added. No other items.....The Single items no Riders Act.
 
 
 

     4. The Healthcare Act.

         Take the federal Government out of it! Eliminate the fraud and waste at the federal level.
     If there is political will to provide healthcare then let each state provide their own.
     Our country could have several different healthcare programs and eventually states 
     will gravitate toward the most successful.....The Healthcare Act.
 
 
 


     5. The Runoff election Act.

         Require a run off election for President,
     US House and US Senate between the top two contenders in the event no candidate gets
     over 50%.....The Runoff election Act.
 
 
 
 
 
     6. The Equality Tax Reform Act.

         Find the true tax that the middle class pays, including all of the hidden tax in every product, 
      and that will be the tax rate everyone pays.....The Equality Tax reform Act.
 
 
 
 
    7. The Encourage Manufacturing in the United states and create Restore America Act.

        First we eliminate the tax breaks Manufacturers get for foreign employees.
    Second, add a tax or tariff on all imported products that are manufactured under different labor
    and environmental laws and regulations. This tax or tariff would bring the cost of the product up to what it
    would be if Made in America and our labor and environmental laws and regulations.....
 
 
 
 
    8. The No property tax for Homeowners Act.

        Every American family, living in the United States, can have one home that they do not have to
    pay any property tax.....The No Property Tax for Homeowners Act.
 
 
 
 
    9. The Immigration (Guest worker) Reform Act.

        Enforce our existing immigration laws. 
    No free stuff!
    No City, State or Federal dollars can be used for people that are here illegally for anything.

      If there are no jobs, no homes, and no free stuff, they will not come 
    and those that are here illegally will leave.....The Immigration (guest worker) Reform Act.
 
 
 
 
    10. The No Lame Duck Action Act.

         1. The President can not invoke any executive orders or pardons from October 1st until January 21st
         2.  The US House and Senate must recess from October 1st until January 21st and the newly elected officials are in office. 
     Often Presidents and Congress will do things after the election cycle that they are afraid to do prior to the election.
     This will prevent them from doing that.....The No Lame Duck Action Act.

 I want to start a new party.
I have had this idea for many years.
I started the WWW.themiddleclassparty.com 10/02/2006 then changed to www.reinstate-us.com in 2011
On both sites I have stated these things that I want the new party to represent.....Help
