No candidate for President
 

     The reinste-us Party will introduce legislation that will require a run off election for 
              President and congress,
  between the top two contenders in the event no candidate gets over 50% of the votes 
  in a district.

     If a candidate does not get over 50% of the vote...in a voting district...
  the top 2 contenders have a runoff election, only in those districts.
     This will allow people to vote for a candidate that they really believe in without the fear of
 throwing away their vote.

     When and if there is legislation passed requiring a run off election
 The reinstate-us Party will run a candidate for President.
