1. to put back or establish again, as in a former position or state.

  Every voter should be required to register to vote.
  When they register, they should be required to show proof of citizenship.
  There should be a fingerprint voter verification at time of voting.....
  The fingerprint scan would be compared with other scanned voters  
  only to prevent people from voting more than once during that voting cycle.
   
  Every voter should be required to vote at a polling station. 
    
   No absentee voting except for military.

  Our founders gave us the ability to have a peaceful revolution at the ballot box. 
  However...if you are not aware of the issues and fully informed of the candidates...please don't vote!!!
  If you do, you can be compared to a blind man with no knowledge about explosives, 
  that is attempting to disable a bomb in a crowded place.
 
   Spread the word. Tell others.
  Tell your congressman.
