I
need your help with a class action lawsuit!
We
live in a Representative Republic in which our representatives are
elected democratically.
There
are 3 branches of government.
The
Legislative
The
Judicial
And
the Executive Branch.
When
the Founders created our government, they intended for the federal
government to be a limited government providing for national defense.....and almost everything else left to the states.
Now
the Executive Branch includes things that I believe the founders
intended the states to take care of.
And I believe they are violation of our Constitution.
Here
is a list of Cabinet Departments and some sub agency's of the
executive branch.
There
are over 2 million federal employees. They all make great salaries
and wonderful pensions.
Of
these I propose a class action lawsuit to eliminate the following.
All
of these things can and should be addressed at the state, local
level or private sector.
But the majority of these things (if taxes and spending were cut drastically) can and should be done by the private sector.
Elimination of these departments would reduce the Federal budget by 1 trillion 344 billion dollars a year.

These
people are very talented and will have no problem finding employment
in the private sector.
In
the class action I will also petition for all federal
employees pensions be deposited in the Social security fund (That is the retirement fund that government created for the people) and that
is the only retirement they receive.
When
prices fall and people have more money, they buy more products. They
can provide for themselves and their families. When people buy more
products......jobs are created...
A
reminder:
When people become more wealthy...they have less
children...they become better stewards of the environment...they help
each other more...They become more charitable when others need help.
This
is a peaceful way for the people to reign in government.
