IF THERE ARE JOBS, AND FREE STUFF, THEY WILL COME.

No fence or any amount of border patrol will be able to stop them. That is a sad indictment against their

own country’s leaders..

It does not help poor people in other countries if America becomes poor and weak... and

I believe America is about to fail.

America must maintain our freedom, restore our economy, and remain strong.

Both parties (Democrat and Republican) have ignored the immigration laws and by doing so have destroyed the middle class.

We Must,

Enforce our existing immigration laws.

Add large fines and Strict enforcement of fines and penalties on employers.

Add large fines and strict enforcement on rental property.

All fines collected will go directly into the Restore America Fund (RAF) and be distributed quarterly.

Guest workers would be allowed only if less than 2% unemployed in US.

No free stuff!

No City, State or Federal dollars can be used for people that are here illegally for anything.

If there are no jobs,

no homes,

and no free stuff,

they will not come and those that are here illegally will leave.

The reinstate-us Party wants what is best for the overwhelming majority,

both now and in the future, for this country and the world.

First we must treat everyone with respect. We are all people. We are all the same.

We are all created equal.

With every action that is taken, there are consequences. What ever action that we take regarding

Immigration, we must consider the consequences.

What action would help the most people?

Amnesty did not work when Reagan did it.

It only encouraged more people to illegally enter into this country.

The people wanting to enter this country, are only doing it because they see an opportunity to better

themselves. I don't blame them. Because it is so bad in their own country, some people are willing to

risk their lives just to get out . Many people die trying.

However they have began to change our Country. Democrat and Republican Politicians have failed to

address the problem. While they are here, they are helping prop up a failing Government, by sending

money back to family in their own Country. They are actively trying to change our Government. Wouldn't

it be better, for more people, (in our Country and theirs) if they would try to improve their own Government?

Wouldn't our country be better off, if the millions of dollars they send out of this Country, to their homes,

stayed here buying products? Wouldn't more people in this country have jobs.

Businesses and Corporations have laws that prevent competition from dumping products on the market to

drive prices down. Middle Class Labor should be have that as well.

Yes some employers would have to pay more, and charge more for their products. However if the free market

is allowed to work, and employers were not permitted to flood the workforce with people illegally (not paying

for services fees taxes insurance doctors Hospitals etc.) then the free market would adjust accordingly.

Process for hiring Guest Workers

An employer may only hire highly skilled guest workers and only if that position can not be filled by an

American citizen.

The wage paid the guest worker must be a rate equal to or higher than the top rate for that industry or trade.

The employer must provide Health Insurance for that worker.

The employer must pay in advance 100% of the personal auto insurance for worker.

Border Agency

All guest workers must go through an employment agency at the border.
The Border Agency will provide Photo I.D with fingerprints and DNA
samples.

Guest Workers must present the Photo I.D card to their employer each
month. Lost cards must be reported. Failure to report lost or stolen cards

must result in revoking the permit.

Time limits per worker

The guest worker should be allowed to enter and work for a limited
time, perhaps 2 years and then return home for 9 months. The guest
worker should have a limited number of times that they may enter and
work under the program, perhaps the worker may have up to 4
permits of up to 2 years each.

Not linked to the path to Citizenship

The path to U.S Citizenship should not be linked or tied to the guest
worker program in any manner. Anyone applying for Citizenship
must take a totally different path. A guest worker may apply for the
Citizenship but that application is not tied to or linked to the guest
worker program. Successful guest worker activity may be listed on
the Citizenship application.

Not part of U.S retirement pension system of Social Security or
social services program.

The guest worker program must NOT establish any link to any U.S
retirement program. It must not have any link to the U.S Social
Security program. Guest workers must not be allowed to become
dependent or become a recipient of any form of U.S. Government
assistance program.

Age limits

Guest workers should be between the ages of 21 and 41. They
must not be allowed to bring non workers with them. Their permit is
only for the able bodied guest worker. They must not be allowed to
bring dependents or non working spouse. .

No pregnant women.

If a woman is pregnant she must not be allowed to get a permit. If
a woman becomes pregnant she must return to her home country
before her pregnancy progresses to 6 months. If any illegal guest
worker gives birth in the U.S., since she was in the country illegally,
the child does not have citizenship choice but is a citizen of the
country the person should have been in legally.

Must have driver license from home country (loss of license revokes
worker permit).

Must speak and write English.

Felony to be or assist illegal residents.

It must be a felony to be or to assist any undocumented person in
the U.S. Any individual including any government official must report
and assist in the enforcement of violations of the laws. While
humanitarian aid such as food and water or shelter may be
administered, those administering that aid must report the activity as
soon as they possibly can. Any existing state or local laws that
prevent or inhibit enforcement of the federal laws are terminated. No
new state or local laws that prevent or inhibit enforcement may be
passed.

Enforcement on all levels of government including local police.

All levels of government must be allowed to participate and share
information related to conduct and enforcement of the program.
There must be severe fines for violation of the program. Fines
should go to the enforcing agencies. Employers and workers must be
fined and jailed. A violation by worker removes that worker from any
future entry to the U.S as a worker or as an applicant for citizenship
regardless of any relationship to anyone in the U.S. Violation by an
employer removes the employers permit to hire any guest worker for 2
years.

Existing illegal workers must return to the border to get a permit.

Home country must allow the same rights for U.S citizens that guest
workers have in the U.S.
