Every government official and their family members...in office and after they have left office...that makes money that they 

   wouldn't have made if they hadn't been elected to that position...is required to pay back all 

   of the expenses that the Government incurs regarding protection and security before they receive those benefits.

   

   Example: 

     An elected official, (or any one of their family members) is paid to give a speech or writes a book...

  and that was something that they had never been paid for before they held the office...

  that money will pay for all...government protection, security and expenses...

  before they receive any.
