      The founders of this Country intended the Members of The  U.S. Congress
    to live in their districts and be an integral part of their
    community.  That would enable them to go to Washington D.C. and truly
    represent their community.  Then go back home and live by the laws they
    enact.
      
      By design, they were suppose to compete for the limited resources that the
    Federal Government had...and not...to vote for everything everyone else
    wants, so they could get everyone else to vote for something they want. 
      
      reinstate-us Party believes and would require, both the House and Senate
    business to be conducted via telecommunications networks.  This will allow
    (require)
    all members of Congress to stay in their districts under the watchful
    eyes of their constituents.  Their office could have one glass wall for people,
    classrooms, the press etc. to watch.  

      They would not need such a large staff (one office).  They would not need
    such a large budget.  And their salary would be based on the average
    wage of their constituents.  (possibly, 2 times the average wage of their constituents)
     (A wage large enough to keep a good congressman , at the same time encourage competition.)

      We want them to work to increase the average wage of their constituents
    while at the same time attempting to make it more affordable to live there.
     Congress, (past, current, and those in the future) will lose their current Health Care and Retirement programs.
     Their retirement and Healthcare would be what they created for us...….Social Security and Medicare.
